A Cape Petrel (Daption capense) adjusts its trim as it is buffeted by a howling gale while skimming across the sea. No matter what the weather, these birds are at sea 24/7, seemingly perfectly at home in Southern Ocean storms with their huge seas and hurricane force winds.
